We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date the product is delivered to you, for returning it, in case the product is defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. In case, you claim the product is received defective, we will request you to record and unboxing video while opening the parcel for the first time, to enable the return.
For damaged and wrong product received the return request has to be raised within 24 hours of delivery, return request for damaged returns after 24 hours of delivery will be denied.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@bookaphone.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: ONI, UG 25, Arcade Silver, 56 Dukan, New Palasia, Indore, MP 452001, once returns are approved.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed after 24 hours, once the returns are received and inspected. Refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can authorize the return immediately. Please keep in mind return window for damaged or wrong product received is 24 hours only.
